Responsibility
- prepare and cook a Sunday Roast menu
- ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets the highest quality standards
- monitor and maintain inventory levels of food and supplies
- adhere to all health and safety procedures in the kitchen
- maintain a clean and organised work area
- to monitor and order stock
Requirements
- have Cooking and Kitchen experience
- proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen
- knowledge of best practices and for safety and sanitation
- ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- up to date with all Allergens and Health and Safety in the kitchen
- excellent time management skills
- have excellent communication skills
- attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
