Responsibility
- perform maintenance and repairs on trailers, including tire service, brake adjustments, and electrical system repairs
- conduct inspections to identify and diagnose mechanical issues
- complete necessary repairs, such as soldering and welding, to ensure trailers are in safe and working condition
- keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions about trailer maintenance
Requirements
- previous experience as a trailer mechanic or in a similar role is preferred
- strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
- proficiency in soldering and welding techniques
- ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
