Responsibility

  • the Marketing and Administrative Executive will be responsible for supporting the marketing and administrative functions of the company
  • this includes assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, and providing administrative support to the team i.e., organising team meetings, taking minutes, planning team events
  • maintaining office correspondence and making travel arrangements for staff where necessary
  • managing the marketing database and email distribution lists

Requirements

  • assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies
  • bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Life Sciences, or a related field
  • oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, display advertising, and content marketing
  • experience in marketing and/or administrative support
  • manage the company’s social media accounts and content calendars to drive audience engagement, increase followership, and promote brand awareness
  • excellent communication and organisational skills
  • create and design marketing materials including banners, flyers and posters
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
