Requirements

  • this role will suit someone with a minimum of 1 years’ experience working within a care service
  • relevant qualifications i.e. NVQ 2/3 in Care, or working towards qualification
  • who is an enthusiastic individual and passionate about ensuring the safety of our service users is paramount and works within the remit of the safeguarding regulations
  • you will be part of a team of dedicated Support Workers and working alongside the Senior Support/Team Leader and Management Team in providing excellent support to our service users who deserves the best support to enjoy a quality life
  • you will have a willingness to undertake training on Safeguarding Vulnerable adults, person-centred planning, and other specific training that will be provided. You will be line managed by the Senior Support/Team Leader
