working alongside and supporting our director
ordering and purchasing any materials, equipment, or refreshments required in the office and warehouse
track tender portals for new opportunities
supporting other administering staff
organising vehicle inspections and maintenance
maintaining and monitoring our membership and accreditations of our ISO 9001 and 14001 systems, BAR membership, and British Standards, with the support of our internal and external auditors
Requirements
computer literate
experience working in customer service
experience with the moving and storage industry
transport managers CPC
drivers CPC
experience with moveman
