  • trend Awareness: Stay up to date with seasonal trends, assisting in applying these insights to future designs
  • fabric & Design Knowledge: Provide support to clients on fabric and construction options, gaining hands-on experience in the design process
  • creative Input: Participate in in-house design meetings, contributing ideas for new designs and providing input during client discussions
  • administrative Support: Help manage critical paths and timelines, ensuring smooth communication between all teams involved in the design and production process
  • design Assistance: Support the creation of CADs and artwork for client projects, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to RGB’s design processes
  • internal Teams: You’ll work closely with our UK and China-based merchandisers, brand designers, buyers, and the founding team
  • client & Team Collaboration: Assist in liaising with clients and internal teams, ensuring that design feedback is incorporated, and key project information is recorded accurately
