dealing with external contractors including facilitating external general building, joinery, tiling, painting, paving, external works, drainage, and plumbing works
work individually or as part of a team
manage and prioritise own workload to complete tasks in a timely manner and in accordance with KPI/SLA timescales
record all work undertaken and the expenditure to the business
undertake regular safety checks including fire alarm tests, fire routes, fire extinguishers, legionella testing. Maintaining these records as required
carry out a variety of planned and reactive building and yard maintenance tasks, which will be varied in nature including gardening, cleaning, tidying
adhere to and enforce Reflex’s health and safety policies and procedures
undertake general facilities support tasks, including furniture building, furniture removals, grounds work, site clearance, and keeping areas clean and tidy generally
Requirements
knowledge in the health and safety industry is ideal but not essential as full training is given
knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 is ideal but not essential
good problem-solving skills
good attention to detail
excellent interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with staff and customers at all levels
