Responsibility
- the Office Cleaner position is responsible for cleaning office areas to maintain a clean and orderly environment
- this position will also perform routine maintenance tasks such as light housekeeping duties and protecting office equipment from damage
- clean and vacuum designated areas; such as, break rooms, conference rooms, lobby, waiting area, etc
- the ideal candidate should be able to work with a variety of people and have good time management skills
- clean and vacuum restrooms; as needed
- cleaning times are 2 hours per day Monday to Friday any time after 5.30pm
- change oil in vehicles
- report any damage to office equipment to the Maintenance Department
Requirements

- high School Diploma or GED is required
- no more than one moving violation within the past three years
