  • we are looking to recruit an experienced ICP-MS technician to operate our new laboratory in Binbrook, Lincolnshire
  • the role will primarily consist of the daily operation of an Agilent 7850 ICP-MS spectrometer for the analysis of inorganic samples
  • 2 days training will be given by an agilent ICP-MS specialist
  • required Knowledge and Work Experience

  • the successful candidate will be responsible for not only the day to day running of the instrument, but will also be expected to be able to maintain the instrument’s performance by ways of simple maintenance and troubleshooting
  • method development will also be a key aspect of the role, as will be the preparation of calibration standards and sample preparation
