Responsibility
- sales Administrator required for immediate start. MUST HAVE SAGE 50 EXPERIENCE , duties as follows

- to answer phone, email, post and visitor enquiries
- to enter quotes and sales orders on our Sage system
- to assist with sampling and general office duties
- to monitor all outstanding orders to ensure payment has been received and then pass over to the warehouse team
- to assist the Directors & Managers with any requirements
Requirements
- verbal communication skills – ability to deal with people in person and on the telephone
- strong organisation and problem-solving skills
- strong work ethic & enthusiastic
- computer literate
- experience with Sage essential
- team player with a positive can-do attitude
- high level of self-motivation
