Responsibility

  • sales Administrator required for immediate start. MUST HAVE SAGE 50 EXPERIENCE , duties as follows

  • to answer phone, email, post and visitor enquiries
  • to enter quotes and sales orders on our Sage system
  • to assist with sampling and general office duties
  • to monitor all outstanding orders to ensure payment has been received and then pass over to the warehouse team
  • to assist the Directors & Managers with any requirements

Requirements

  • verbal communication skills – ability to deal with people in person and on the telephone
  • strong organisation and problem-solving skills
  • strong work ethic & enthusiastic
  • computer literate
  • experience with Sage essential
  • team player with a positive can-do attitude
  • high level of self-motivation
  • sage Accounts Package: 1 year
