Responsibility

- maintaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- effective networking and building awareness of local strategic priorities to identify local or regional business development opportunities
- supporting Health Check Practitioners to promote the service effectively

- managing Profit and Loss reports and monthly financial forecasting
- outreach work – promoting Reed in Partnership within the local community
- weekly and Monthly checks of all KPI’s
- A Delivery Support Manager leads a team of between 6 and 12 including; Employment & Skills Trainers who identify the training needs, and deliver training that enables participants to move closer to employment; Health & Wellbeing Advisers who are responsible for supporting participants to better manage health conditions and promote wellbeing activities and Recruitment Managers who secure vacancies and support participants to enter and more effectively compete in the labour market
- utilising Management Information tools to monitor performance, trends and best practice
- the role is responsible for managing the performance, productivity and wellbeing of this team and supports the team through coaching and development to exceed their targets; resolving escalated complaints; ensuring the maintenance of key relationships with partners and timely reporting of key performance indicators
- assist the Operations Manager in preparing and delivering presentations at partner events
- an Employment & Skills Manager is responsible for the teams’ strict adherence to quality targets and guidelines in accordance to the programme obligations and Reed in Partnership process
- liaising with the contract Operations Manager and Business Managers and local operational teams to assess needs of our participant caseload, identifying any gaps in existing provision
- monitoring customer services and resolving basic/informal Member/Co-Member complaints
- A Delivery Support Manager will strictly adhere to the guidelines in accordance with the programme’s requirements and Reed in Partnership’s policies and procedures
- this is not an exhaustive list and a Delivery Support Manager will be expected to carry out any other duties as may be specified by the line manager from time to time
- acting as the key contact for providers, ensuring queries on referrals or on any aspects of partnership working are resolved with 48 hours
- escalating complaints where necessary to the Operations Manager
- key to your success in this role is to demonstrate the ability to build rapport, show empathy, motivate people and influence their perception of working
- joint discussions with management and staff reviewing performance to date
- qualitative reviews of team member service delivery and provision of relevant feedback
