- logging/Ticketing Incoming Requests
- answer all queries efficiently via email and/or telephone
- administer and maintain corporate customer infrastructure both onsite and hosted within Microsoft 365
- server administration; monitoring, maintenance, and support
- onsite Support as and when required by customers
