Requirements

  • the Level 4 qualification in Paraplanning would be advantageous
  • experience in a Financial Advisory firm would also be advantageous
  • as a minimum, experience within an administration role
  • our dedicated team are an integral asset to our family owned business, and as a member of the Financial Planning team, you'll play an important role in delivering an outstanding service to our valued clients
  • the ideal candidate would also have high attention to detail, proficient in most Microsoft applications, and they need to be task orientated and confident in managing their own time
  • your main priority and focus, will be to deliver exceptional Client experience and service; going above and beyond to wow our Clients and ensure they leave being raving fans
  • we are looking for a new team member who has a great passion and enthusiasm for helping people and for working well within a close team, as well as a passion for financial services and ambition for expanding their own knowledge and skills

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Responsibility

  • maintain excellent Client experience and relations
  • working alongside the Paraplanners to help new and existing clients
  • gathering information on existing policies
  • chasing providers
  • communications & updates with Clients
  • maintaining Client records
  • processing withdrawals
  • processing direct offers
