- perform simulation analysis of parts and assemblies
- produce technical drawings
- produce assembly instructions and BOMs
- produce product datasheets
- good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
- accurately create and manipulate product design via Solidworks taking into account aesthetics, materials, ergonomics, size, cost, accreditations, safety, installation, process and environmental issues
Education
- engineering Qualification Desirable - BTEC/HNC/HND

Requirements
- use of Solidworks and associated packages
- experience using Solidworks composer
- experience of Rendering, ideally using Solidworks visualise 2021 or other similar software
- experience using PDM system for file management
- excellent literacy skills to effectively communicate by email
- excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate over the telephone
