Responsibility

  • responsible for the agreed revenues on each project, margins and value engineering / variation opportunities
  • promote and secure variation opportunities
  • ensure procurement for materials and labour are in place / managed / executed ensuring competitive sourcing
  • client relationship management process to take a lead with our clients / projects across all relevant levels
  • in conjunction with the SMT provide monthly forecasts on workflow
  • in conjunction with the SMT review all projects monthly highlighting any prevailing or potential issues / problems
  • work with the SMT on all outstanding and problematic debtors
  • manage specific / nominated Projects costs working with and through the Operations Team to ensure we maintain budget and control costs on variations appropriately

Requirements

  • SSSTS/SMSTS qualification
  • CSCS Card
  • previous experience managing soft landscaping projects
  • full UK driving licence
  • happy with daily travel to project sites throughout Kent and our base in Crondall when required
  • able to work autonomously and be confident in making decisions
  • contract management: 1 year
