Working hours

Responsibility

  • being the point of contact for clients, including handling new enquiries
  • communicating project updates such as quotations, CPA’s, shipping information and problem solving
  • liaising with internal departments to ensure projects are briefed correctly, and that project requirements are being met
  • generally taking on a varied role, working in different aspects of the business
  • general administrative duties
  • acting as a support to other staff, sometimes taking on duties outside of your role
  • working alongside a Project Manager to learn the process of a project, with the future plan of running projects directly with our Far East production team
