- ideally you will have experience of supporting people holistically through complex situations
- you will also work closely with the Social Prescribing Network Manager to link into the local social prescribing eco-system
- redbridgeCVS is looking for a compassionate, organised and experienced manager with excellent communication skills to support the day to day operations of our busy social prescription service
- please note that this role is 35 hours a week, working in the RCVS office or out in the community
- in this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing a dedicated and committed team of advisors and buddies who work closely with local people to support them to reach their personal goals
