Requirements
- workshop and facilitation. You have experience in facilitating face-to-face and remote workshops and focus groups, ensuring everyone’s active participation in research
- user-centred and agile practices. You can work with empathy and genuine care for users as part of a multidisciplinary, agile team
- research skills. You have experience in planning and conducting a range of qualitative and quantitative methods
- analysis and synthesis. You can demonstrate experience in analysing quantitative and qualitative data and can draw actionable insights from the information available, balancing the need for further research and pragmatic decisions
- strategic insight. You can show an awareness of the need to align user research with team goals to support decision-making and action
- UX Design: 3 years
- outputs and presentation of findings. Alongside your excellent presentation skills, you have experience in building user journey maps, personas, user flows and other artefacts that can be used to share insights internally and with stakeholders
- inclusive research. You use good approaches to recruit research participants. You have an awareness of issues around accessibility and inclusivity and can ensure websites and services are usable by everyone
