- previous experience in a leadership role is preferred

- you will be in charge of a team of 4 day staff and 2 night staff and will provide effective communication, delegation and leadership to ensure that staff have the knowledge and ability to provide a high level of care to our fantastic residents
- as such a full driving license is preferred
- corner Oaks care home is a 6 bedded high dependency care home for people with Learning Difficulties in Scratby near Great Yarmouth
- it is a very exciting time to be part of this project as we launched in 2022, we have a fantastic reputation and are looking for dedicated individuals to be a part of our highly experienced care teams
- we are looking for staff to work a flexible rota which may include some night shifts
