  • provide excellent guest service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • prepare and serve beverages to customers
  • help maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • communicate effectively with customers, taking orders and addressing any concerns or questions
  • handle cash / card transactions and operate the cash register
  • maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Requirements

  • previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a pub or restaurant setting
  • experience with cask ales
  • strong communication skills, including phone etiquette
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • hospitality: 2 years
  • customer Service: 2 years
