Responsibility
- at Red Lion Holiday Park our Leisure Staff are responsible for providing a courteous and efficient leisure service
- our Leisure Staff are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the Bar, Lounge and Cellar areas at all times
- this Job description is not exhaustive and you may be asked undertake any other task or duty that is deemed reasonable
- our Leisure Staff must have the ability to work well under pressure while remaining calm and friendly
- this involves serving hot, cold and alcoholic drinks and food in our bars/function room, assisting with leisure activities Our Leisure Staff are responsible for supervising customer safety in line with company policy and local licencing law
- ensuring all stock is replenished and secured appropriately
- maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of the Bar, Lounge and Cellar Areas at all
- times in line with company policy and the health standards
