Responsibility

  • being the first point of contact for all guests arriving at the Holiday Park
  • checking guests in and out of the Holiday Park
  • taking bookings and reservations for our Holiday Homes and Touring Pitches
  • allocating available Holiday Homes and Touring Pitches to guests when booking
  • answering all incoming calls in a timely manor and directing calls to the correct persons/department
  • providing information regarding the accommodation and facilities that we offer
  • taking detailed telephone messages for members of staff when they not available
  • checking any phone voicemail messages that are left

Requirements

  • the ability to welcome guests and have a friendly and helpful attitude
  • organised and able to multitask
  • good timekeeping skills
  • the ability to deal with tough and challenging situations
  • able to work alone and as part of a team
  • good communication skills both written and verbal
