Responsibility

  • our client supports a high quality valves for the energy industries
  • monitor the production process and adjust schedules as needed
  • maintain the highest quality standards in line with business and customer requirements
  • forecast weekly & monthly production output
  • manage production operations and all factory based operational activities
  • assist the UK Operations Director with control of operational budgets to promote profitability and appropriate resource levels
  • collaborate with other senior site managers in the development of performance goals and operational plans
  • are you a dynamic Operations Manager ready to lead a high-octane team in the fast-paced world of oil and gas?

Requirements

  • engineering background with a recognised engineering qualification to degree or HNC level
  • experience of leading a multi- disciplined team in a manufacturing environment
  • ability to drive continuous improvement throughout the site operations
