Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • to support the sales function and ensure products and services meet the customer needs
  • you would be part of a friendly and supportive team, working in a fast paced environment
  • start times rotate between 7am, 8am and 8.30am/9am weekly, with some flexibility
  • job Title: Sales Office Adminstrator
  • reporting to: Sales Administrator Lead
  • purpose/scope of the job: To assist with the sales administrative function within the company
  • to keep the transport teams both internal and external, up to date with relevant information such as booking in numbers and requested delivery times
  • general filing and office duties

Requirements

  • previous experience of working within a sales or administrative role
  • experience working in and a desire to be in a customer service environment
  • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • knowledge of Excel and Sage Line 200
  • able to communicate at all levels and able to build strong meaningful relationships
  • customer service: 1 year
  • sales administration: 1 year
