Requirements

  • good knowledge of Health and Safety legislation with supporting OHS qualification in Managing Safety
  • good knowledge of Food Safety legislation and experience of working with food production/catering/hospitality activities
  • food Hygiene Level 3 or 4 qualification
  • experience and qualifications of training staff in Health and Safety and/or Food Hygiene
  • experience of working with an OHS/auditing platform, such as iAuditor or similar would be desirable
  • experience of working around temporary sites and green field locations
  • excellent interpersonal skills at all levels with demonstrable ability to manage by influence
  • experience of preparing well written reports and policies to support company requirements
