Responsibility

  • maintaining documents within the Integrated Management System via Management of Change requests
  • setting up new accounts and transferring in cash and stock
  • arranging inspections
  • settling transactions across various markets, applying fees, reconciling cash and stock accounts and providing portfolio valuations
  • data entry of reports into in-house system as well as 3rd party web portals
  • independently reconcile external records to the company’s internal books and records system within agreed timescales
  • updating Legislative manuals
  • escalate any issues as appropriate to management in a timely manner
