Responsibility

  • we are currently recruiting for an experienced Head Chef to join and lead our talented kitchen team in Salt House Tapas - We are offering the successful Head Chef candidate a salary of £35000pa plus excellent tips, as well as a £5000pa perfomance based bonus and company benefits

Requirements

  • existing Head Chef with at least 1 years’ experience in the role
  • head Chef from a volume kitchen with excellent pace and work ethic
  • strong leadership and management skills along with a real drive to succeed and grow
  • experience of managing a large kitchen brigade
  • A confident, self-motivated, driven and professional person
  • excellent management skills and financial understanding
  • strong focus on compliance requirments
