we are currently recruiting for an experienced Head Chef to join and lead our talented kitchen team in Salt House Tapas - We are offering the successful Head Chef candidate a salary of £35000pa plus excellent tips, as well as a £5000pa perfomance based bonus and company benefits
Requirements
existing Head Chef with at least 1 years’ experience in the role
head Chef from a volume kitchen with excellent pace and work ethic
strong leadership and management skills along with a real drive to succeed and grow
experience of managing a large kitchen brigade
A confident, self-motivated, driven and professional person
excellent management skills and financial understanding
strong focus on compliance requirments
