we are looking to recruit two temporary Production Operatives for our Gradient site
we are looking to recruit a Production Operative based at out Stoke site
week 1- Monday to Friday 06.00am 14.00pm
week 2 – Monday to Friday 14.00pm – 22.00pm
the starting hourly rate of pay for this position is £12.35 with an additional 5% shift allowance
the hourly rate will increase as additional skill base knowledge progresses
shifts are led by a supervisor and are supported by a quality technician and engineering staff
operators also undertake basic 1st line maintenance activities and are expected to undertake any reasonable task requested

we are looking to recruit a Customer Service Co-ordinator
to provide customer quotations including the preparation of quotes for bespoke products with support from the commercial team as required
timely processing of PODs and invoice requests
continuous improvement of Gradient sales processes and procedures
consistent working approach in line with Recticel values
the successful candidate will be working within the internal sales / commercial team to further develop the profitable sales of Gradient solutions and products to our defined customer trade sectors including roofing & cladding contractors, distributors and merchants
assist with the initial enquiry of projects and booking in projects using MS Teams and the CRM system
main point of contact for incoming Customer emails & requests - acting as a filter for customers’ requests around pricing, service & complaints where appropriate, with support from the management teams
