Working hours
- full-time | Part-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes, mopping floors, and taking out the trash
- assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing basic ingredients
- operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including dishwashers and other cleaning equipment
- stock and replenish kitchen supplies, including utensils, and cleaning products
- assist with unloading deliveries and storing food and supplies
- follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Sous Chef
Requirements
- proven experience as a Kitchen Porter or similar role
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to work well under pressure
- physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time
- good communication skills
- ability to work well in a team
- kitchen: 2 years
- willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed
