RECRUITMENT ROBIN is looking for employees for positions:

admin assistant

Working hours

  • part-time

Responsibility

  • payroll management
  • processing starters, leavers and changes to pay rates
  • pensions management
  • calculating mileage, expenses, bonus, holidays and statutory payments
  • RTI submission for EPS and FPS to HMRC
  • reconciliation of PAYE, NI and CIS with HMRC
  • managing CIS submissions, deductions and refund claims
  • general practice administration

Requirements

  • good communicator with excellent problem solving skills and a good attention to detail
  • positive ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to learn
  • knowledge of accounting systems such as Xero, Moneysoft Payroll Manager, or others is essential
  • you will be working up to 30 hours from the office. Hours and days will be agreed during interview
  • appointment will be subject to satisfactory references
