Requirements

  • previous experience in a production supervisory role within a similar environment
  • experience in food manufacturing would be highly beneficial
  • experience of reviewing and developing working practices and SOPs
  • experience of staff management including recruitment, appraisals, development etc
  • experience of achieving production KPIs
  • happy to work 2pm-10.30pm Tuesday to Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday
  • effective communication skills at all levels

Responsibility

  • ensure compliance with the Company's Equal Opportunity Policy at all times
  • ensuring appraisals and reviews are carried out with staff with support of Training Officer
