Requirements
- previous experience in a production supervisory role within a similar environment
- experience in food manufacturing would be highly beneficial
- experience of reviewing and developing working practices and SOPs
- experience of staff management including recruitment, appraisals, development etc
- experience of achieving production KPIs
- happy to work 2pm-10.30pm Tuesday to Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday
- effective communication skills at all levels
Responsibility
- ensure compliance with the Company's Equal Opportunity Policy at all times
- ensuring appraisals and reviews are carried out with staff with support of Training Officer
