Responsibility
- an exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join our team based at our head office in St Ives, Cambridgeshire
- as a Health, Safety & Environment manager you are responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental regulations, and quality control, on-site and at our own locations
- what will your role as a Health, Safety & Environment Manager look like?
- this role is a permanent position working full time from Monday to Friday at our head office in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. On occasion you may have to travel to client sites around the UK
- carry out internal audits to ISO9001 format to an agreed timetable
- maintain health & safety notice boards
- assist with new employee inductions
- attend regular management meetings, giving a report on compliance issues and highlighting issues which need escalating to higher management levels
