RECLAIM PROJECT is looking for employees for positions:

Responsibility

  • transactional finance activity, including invoicing and book-keeping, and weekly bank reconciliations
  • producing Monthly Budget Holder reports
  • payroll, HMRC, and Pension administration
  • ensure that all income and expenditure are received/paid in a timely manner
  • assisting with Year End accounting and reporting
  • assisting with preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
  • our substantive Finance Officer is currently on Maternity Leave and we wish to appoint an experienced book-keeper who can help us to manage the finances of the organisation by keeping track of our income and expenditure for a period of six months
  • working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Trustees to ensure that all Financial procedures are efficient, in line with best practice and are legally compliant
