Responsibility
transactional finance activity, including invoicing and book-keeping, and weekly bank reconciliations
producing Monthly Budget Holder reports
payroll, HMRC, and Pension administration
ensure that all income and expenditure are received/paid in a timely manner
assisting with Year End accounting and reporting
assisting with preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
our substantive Finance Officer is currently on Maternity Leave and we wish to appoint an experienced book-keeper who can help us to manage the finances of the organisation by keeping track of our income and expenditure for a period of six months
working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Trustees to ensure that all Financial procedures are efficient, in line with best practice and are legally compliant
