- SRS supports Shell Mobility with installation and commissioning services
- we aim to develop industry leading reactive and proactive support customers expect
- we are looking for an Operations Account Manager to help improve the quality of the Shell Mobility public charging network and strengthen the relationship we have with our colleagues across Shell
- SRS provides Charge Point Operator services to Shell Mobility, who own a large public network of charging stations, located both on Mobility forecourts and destination locations like Waitrose, REWE or Intergamma
- though the existing network already provides customers with access to hundreds of chargers across Europe, we are planning for significant growth and expansion
- this is where you come in with your focus on operational excellence and by serving as the SRS focal point for Shell Mobility, you will be responsible for developing ways of working and collaboration to achieve our goals
- you will be part of the Local Delivery team and will operate together with the central Technical Support team, Customer Care team and the Network Operations Centre
