  • the role is part-time and expected to average out at 3 days per week with some degree of flexibility
  • recast is a subscription-free, live and on-demand streaming platform which gives Fans easy and affordable access to the sports and entertainment they love, paying Publishers for every single view, with up to 80% of all income generated going to them directly
  • recast is already available in 100 countries and has over 400 channels ranging from British Fencing to Manchester City FC and World Curling, with a steady stream of new channels coming onboard
  • duties and Responsibilities
  • manage all aspects of financial accounting; billing, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, employee expenses and VAT
  • enter data, maintain records and create reports

Requirements

  • prior experience as a Bookkeeper/Finance Assistant, preferably in a start-up, highly IT automated environment
  • finance / accounting degree and/or accounting qualifications
  • excellent knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles, and IFRS
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • analytical ability to develop and implement improvements or recommendations
