Responsibility

  • the Firs is a residential home to 26 elderly residents, in Kidderminster
  • the Home is seeking a Deputy Manager to join its management team
  • the Deputy Manager must have excellent communication skills and will work with staff towards achieving the Home's mission, objectives and goals
  • care experience and a Health and Social Care Diploma Level 3 is essential, Residential Care experience is desirable
  • the Deputy Manager will support the Registered Manager in all aspects of the Home's management and take temporary charge during the absence of the Registered Manager
  • the successful candidate must undertake a Disclosure and Barring service check, the cost of which will be borne by the candidate
