manage a diverse portfolio of clients on retained monthly contracts, ensuring their satisfaction and success
attend monthly account management meetings with clients, establishing strong relationships and gaining a deep understanding of their goals and needs
effectively communicate client requirements, expectations, and feedback to the delivery team, ensuring seamless execution of projects and campaigns
update and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information and smooth workflow management
undertake ad-hoc tasks such as organising merchandise, events, and exhibitions for clients
proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, recommending additional services that align with clients' objectives and drive enhanced results
hold the delivery team accountable for task completion and quality assurance, ensuring high standards are met consistently
prepare and distribute monthly reports, analysing data and translating it into meaningful insights to showcase campaign performance and demonstrate ROI to clients
Requirements
relevant qualification in Marketing or a related field
proven experience as an Account Manager within a marketing agency or similar environment
excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to extract actionable insights from data
demonstrated organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably Copper, to manage client relationships and track progress
A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative ideas
self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
