• dealing with emails and telephone calls into the department
• purchase Ledger to include logging the receipt of invoices, passing for authorisation

• coding invoices onto system and authorisation for our bi-weekly supplier payment run
• sales Ledger to include arrears chasing for our clients
• keep accurate client financial records
• month End reporting
• preparing monthly/quarterly Directors Reports for our clients
• prepare simple profit and loss statements and balance sheets
• maintain sales and purchase ledger
• sending budgets and demands on a monthly basis
• support Management with year-end reconciliations and preparation work
• adhere to all company policies and procedures
• provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• part or full AAT qualification preferred and knowledge of QUBE would give a distinct advantage
• previous Service Charge accounting experience would be beneficial
• accounting: 1 year
