daily banking of client monies, both online and manual receipts
dealing with emails and telephone calls into the department
purchase Ledger to include logging the receipt of invoices, passing for authorisation
coding invoices onto system and authorisation for our bi-weekly supplier payment run
sales Ledger to include arrears chasing for our clients
keep accurate client financial records
month End reporting
preparing monthly/quarterly Directors Reports for our clients
Requirements
part or full AAT qualification preferred and knowledge of QUBE would give a distinct advantage
previous Service Charge accounting experience would be beneficial
accounting: 1 year
you will also need to demonstrate that you are able to provide an exceptional level of customer service, good telephone manner and have the ability to work on own your own initiative as well a part of a team
