Responsibility

  • manage all construction activities related to the project implementation
  • develop overall construction philosophy, strategy, objectives and construction execution plan and ensure successful implementation
  • develop constructibility program and ensure adherence reviews
  • responsible for overall construction execution
  • establish and maintain Client relationships for construction issues
  • schedule, direct, coordinate and control all phases of erection performed by various subcontractors and their low tier subcontractors
  • implement and monitor performance measurement
  • responsible for the implementation of an adherence to the project quality plan at site

Requirements

  • minimum 5 years experience
  • minimum 5-10 years experience in construction management
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
  • execution knowledge of all phases of industrial construction projects
  • good business communication skills
  • flexibility
  • knowledge of basic and required computer programmes
