- answering incoming calls and ensuring excellent customer service throughout
- directing calls to the relevant departments or passing on messages
- logging customer callouts into the service system
- building rapport with customers by being professional and helpful, and flagging any customer concerns with the team
- updating and maintaining customer records
- carry out other administrative duties as required
Requirements
- previous experience within a customer service or call centre environment
- outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- able to work in a fast-paced environment
- an eye for detail, taking pride in your work and willing to go the extra mile to ensure quality
- good understanding of Outlook and IT/database systems
