- is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Care Manager to lead the team
- the right candidate must understand the Welsh Healthcare sector and be agile, results focused, determined, resilient, a natural relationship builder and a team player
- looking at ways to improve the candidates’ experience whilst adhering to fair selection policies
Requirements
- must have the right to work in the UK
- minimum of 3 years’ experience working in-house or within an agency particularly in health and/or social care
- passion for our Principles and Values
- flexible, adaptable and highly motivated
- confident, confidential, discrete and trustworthy
- have access to a vehicle with the appropriate insurance in order to travel to and from client sites where necessary
- excellent interpersonal communication, planning and organisational skills
