5-10 years of technical construction background such as quantity surveyor/project monitor/development manager, and related degree, MRICS or equivalent
MSc in Construction, Project Management, Finance or related fields a plus
prior commercial mortgage/real estate finance experience desirable but not essential
designation or working towards MRICS accreditation or similar a plus
prior experience working with development and construction budgets
good knowledge of statutory approvals and consents
good understanding of building regulations, including fire and disability access
