Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • it is essential you have experience of bottling/filling production lines, ideally beverage, with a strong track record in maintenance and repair
  • document maintenance providing evidential records
  • provide technical expertise in CIP processes
  • we make, bottle, package and supply a bespoke range of Spirits from our premises in Liphook and are looking to add knowledge, skill and technical expertise to our manufacturing team
  • utilise all relevant logs and monitoring forms during production in accordance with BRC policies and procedures
  • our Production Technicians are responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery as well as delivering tooling and raw material changeovers
  • log all “non-conformances” as relate to own role including volume of items delivered / time of deliveries etc
  • our growth plans include investment in new lines and automation so you will need to be able to adapt new machinery and technology

Requirements

  • experienced with bottling/filling production line machinery is essential
  • A background in alcohol and beverage manufacturing is a distinct advantage
  • manufacturing: 3 years
