Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- our Production Engineer is responsible for preventative maintenance as well as repairs
- the role requires a flexible approach; working around production to minimise the impact of stoppages
- document maintenance providing evidential records
- provide technical expertise in CIP process development
- we make, bottle, package and supply a bespoke range of Spirits from our premises in Liphook and are looking to add knowledge, skill and engineering expertise to our team
- maintain relevant documentation including schematics in accordance with the BRC requirements
- utilise all relevant logs and monitoring forms during production in accordance with BRC policies and procedures
- that means you will have detailed knowledge of production line and packaging machinery, and a track record of providing routine maintenance and servicing as well as the expertise to deliver responsive repairs
Requirements
- bottling production line experience essential
- experience with alcohol is a distinct advantage
- experience operating as a dedicated on-site engineer
- manufacturing: 3 years
