Responsibility
- monitoring and reporting performance of all commercial activities, reporting line into the VP
- working closely with the EMEA Sales Director, developing and deploying both Sales and Purchasing strategies
- operational responsibilities across multi-site, with the support of the Servicing Director
- promoting & monitoring the development of customer service KPI's and continuous improvement plans
- maintaining a strong customer focused culture
- staff management across 5 direct reporting lines, circa 115 in-direct
Requirements
- effective team management, a customer service focus, commercial & operational awareness will be the main requirements of the role
- good experience in a commercial / operational role within a manufacturing environment advantageous
- excellent organisational and leadership skills
- project management experience, with proven results
- strong interpersonal skills
- 5+ years' experience in a senior position, managing a team of people and driving business development
