- ● Process customer enquiries, provide quotations, and ensure timely follow-up
- ● Offer technical support to the admin team, assisting in product specifications and requirements
- ● Manage your time effectively to meet customer needs and ensure sales targets are achieve
Requirements
- ● Excellent negotiation skills
- ● Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise customer requirements
- ● Proven experience in a customer-facing sales environment, with a focus on building lasting relationships
- we don’t require a specific qualification, but the ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of chemistry and at least two years of relevant sales experience in the chemical industry
- ● A high level of integrity and professionalism in all business dealings
- ● A full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel
- ● Familiarity with quality management systems and relevant legislation surrounding the supply of chemical products, especially CLP regulations, would be advantageous
