Responsibility
- analyse the results of the company and discuss with the country Management
- review and assist in the preparation of the estimation of the work in progress and gross profit
- analyse the site results and propose different initiatives to improve the profitability
- monitor the evolution of the gross profit in terms of volumes/margins and
- provide a forecast for month end
- monitor the balance sheet to ensure we do not carry any risk and follow-up as Necessary
- participate in the Local Management meetings
- ensure that the different financial processes are respected locally, not only by the Finance employees, but also Operational personnel
Requirements
- must be able to communicate well with all levels of the business
- qualified controller with at least 2-4 years of proven controlling experience with
- solid experience in finance, business performance, planning and analysis
- audit experience would be beneficial
- team player, have a creative and problem-solving approach, ability, and willingness to work to tight deadlines
- accounting: 1 year
- financial Controller: 2 years
