Responsibility
- accounting & Controlling, Tax and Finance support
- administrate the records for overtime, vacation, illness, medical insurance etc. and supporting the payroll process in cooperation with external payroll provider
- regular bookkeeping, in co-ordination with Group Accounting
- regular reporting to HR Analytics at headquarters e.g. sickness rate, overtime, etc
- review the monthly profit and loss account to ensure revenue and costs are correctly booked and reported
- reachX is looking for a Finance Manager for a 3 month project to support a client in the Wind Turbine Manufacturing Industry
- provide guidance and support to the operations staff relevant to the finance accounting processes and procedures
- preparation of profit centre analysis, budget and forecasts
Requirements
- the job position requires at least five years of accounting and or controlling experience, preferably in an international environment
- excellent analytical ability, with a feel for numbers as well as strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
- ability to operate, influence and counsel at the most senior level within the function and to business clients
- equally important is excellent communication and negotiation skills
- highly motivated, business oriented and used to work independently within a matrix based organisation
- education and qualification
- experience of financial control of multi-million EURO projects is essential, including working knowledge of the construction industry and accounting for WIP on long term projects
- bachelor of Finance or similar
