Responsibility

  • perform advanced skin treatments to a high standard
  • perform a full skin and health consultation , educate the client and create a bespoke skin program including homecare recommendations
  • ensure high customer satisfaction
  • meet targets and KPI’s
  • answering enquiries in a professional and knowledgeable manner
  • keeping the treatment rooms and clinic spaces to the highest cleanliness standards
  • assisting with social media and promotion activities

Requirements

  • qualified minimum NVQ level 3 beauty therapy
  • high levels of customer service and passionate about providing a 5 star customer experience
  • 2 years minimum job experience working within a salon/clinic
  • confident in making product recommendations, up selling and working towards targets
  • confident communication skills both written and verbal
  • well presented and excellent phone manner
