  • managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for trainees joining the firm
  • acting as key point of contact for future trainees, maintaining contact and engaging with them prior to start date
  • supporting the SQE training programmes and liaising with external provider
  • reviewing best practice for graduate recruitment processes with a view to providing suggestions for continuous improvements
  • monitoring and keeping the team informed about relevant developments and trends in the graduate recruitment market
  • can enhance the DE&I offering
  • attending external events and forums to maintain knowledge of best practice
  • other ad-hoc responsibilities as required
