Responsibility
- safely operate a bus/coach transport passengers to designated locations
- adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while maintaining a high level of safety
- assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle where required
- maintain a clean and presentable vehicle interior and exterior
- conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in proper working order
- communicate effectively with passengers, providing information and assistance as needed
- handle any passenger concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- follow established routes and schedules, adjusting as necessary to accommodate delays or changes
Requirements
- valid PCV license & CPC
- commercial driving experience preferred
- good verbal communication skills
- ability to operate and maintain a bus/coach in a safe manner
- strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with passengers
