Responsibility
sales Forecasting: Develop monthly and quarterly sales forecasts based on the analysis of sales metrics, data, and market trends
sales Performance Management: Track weekly and monthly performance against sales goals and take corrective actions if required
sales Reporting: Create regular reports and presentations to senior management on sales performance, trends, and other related metrics
supplier Management: Manage and supervise third-party suppliers, including planning, selling, and exceeding goals, revenue management, and incentive management
incentive Management: Manage SPIFF used for special occasions and ensure positive return on investment from incentives
sales Operations Management: Manage and oversee the sales program, including planning, controlling, and managing ongoing sales operations to meet sales goals, customer experience, and quality expectations
